Fervent features a blend of two exquisite coffees from thePichincha region; one from the San Cristobal farm, ownedby Joseu Reascos, and the other from the Villaverde farm,which specializes in the Typica Mejorada variety.

Andes Night

Andes Night is our espresso blend, combining beans from two exceptional farms; San Cristobal, known for its excellent Sarchimor variety, and Carolina, renowned for its Bourbon coffee.

The two coffees are
carefully blended to achieve a remarkable espresso with a rich chocolatey base and delightful nutty undertones. It’s sweet and intense, perfect for enjoying as an Americano, cappuccino or a latte.

Finca Carolina

A sweet and fruity single origin, this award-winning coffee is grown near the famous town of La Perla, known for its delicious beans. A smooth caramel body is punctured with notes of green grape, with a syrupy finish. Perfect for pour-overs and all
types of filter coffee methods, Finca Carolina offers complexity for the
inquisitive coffee connoisseur.

Finca Carolina is owned by Fausto Romo and is located near the Andes mountains right on the
equator. There, the conditions are lush and humid, creating the perfect
conditions for quality coffee.
